{"id":71,"date":"2009-02-17T20:45:38","date_gmt":"2009-02-17T19:45:38","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/blog.tostevin.net\/2009\/02\/17\/sydney-3\/"},"modified":"2018-03-31T10:04:17","modified_gmt":"2018-03-31T09:04:17","slug":"sydney","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/showmethecode.net\/?p=71","title":{"rendered":"Sydney \u2026"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>We&#8217;ve had another great day exploring around Sydney.<br \/>\nWe took a ferry from Darling Harbour across the bay to Taronga Zoo where we got to see alot of the Ozzy native wildlife up close: Koala&#8217;s; crocodiles; possums; emus; wallabies &amp; of course Kangaroos. Annelies even got to stroke a kanga &amp; we were both allowed to climb into the enclosure with the Koala Apparently they sleep for 20 hours a day !! &#8230;. my kind of animal! \ud83d\ude00<br \/>\nThe best one for me though was seeing a Red Panda (aka Firefox!!)After this we headed back across the bay to the Sydney Opera House for a closer look &#8230; very impressive indeed.<br \/>\n Unfortunately the weather was quite rainy but it still managed to beat a good summers day at home.<\/p>\n<p>Tomorrow we&#8217;re flying to Brisbane &amp; then off to Norfolk Island.
