Cider Time – 2018 Lisia Gold Production Starts
A very early start this year … there are plenty of apples although many are quite small – no doubt due to the dry summer we have had.
Also I get to use my brand spanking new 36 litre Vigo Cider Press … a beautiful solid piece of engineering.
